All Energy Solar is seeking a Project Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN to guide customers from contract to installation with a five-star service approach. You will work across sales, design, permitting, interconnection, operations, and other teams to move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include milestone tracking, record-keeping in project management systems, invoicing, and weekly team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite/Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Coperniq.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Coordinate residential solar projects from contract through installation and completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects at various stages, prioritizing tasks.
