Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Software Support Specialist to deliver technical support for cloud-based software to our corporate and field teams from our south Denver headquarters. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to document resolutions in tickets.

The position operates in a hybrid model (2 days home, 3 days in office). Responsibilities include diagnosing software issues, maintaining ticket queues, and collaborating with teammates to share knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting ERP and CRM SaaS applications; Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; customer-oriented.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for remote and local users of approved software packages.
• Document resolutions in support tickets and maintain organized ticket queues.
• Create and update tickets with relevant information and communicate status to users.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow up with reporters to ensure resolution.
