In this role, you will shape firmware priorities, coordinate product roadmaps with Product Management, and guide major software efforts from concept through release. Based at our global headquarters in Radford VA, this position offers a hands-on, team-oriented environment. We emphasize continuous improvement and agile development to create products known for quality and features. We design products with the depth and flexibility advanced controls engineers need, while keeping them approachable for engineers who are earlier in their careers. This role sits at the center of a cross-functional engineering environment where firmware, tools, and product direction must stay aligned. You will work across the organization to turn business needs into well-executed products.
