Procore is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing global team within the Project Management group. You will guide architectural decisions, collaborate with Product and Design, and drive delivery of high-value features for a mission-critical platform.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, the role is a 2-3 day per week hybrid position in our Austin, TX office. Immediate start preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a software engineer for scalable web applications.
• 2+ years managing high-performing, globally distributed teams.
• Proven collaboration with Product and Design to define roadmaps and plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers delivering high-value features.
• Partner with Product and Design to plan roadmaps and sprints.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards.
• Ensure on-call readiness and timely resolution of customer issues.
