Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer focused on scalable web services.
• 2+ years as Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams.
• Experience leading globally distributed software engineering teams.
• Proven collaboration with Product and Design to develop execution plans.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum; SaaS B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers, supporting their growth through feedback and career development.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to architectural and system design decisions and uphold engineering standards.
• Lead the SDLC journey within the team and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other Engineering Managers for cross‑team initiatives and alignment.
• Champion high standards for software quality and operational excellence with QA and leadership.
• Ensure on-call readiness and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Establish KPIs and SLOs for team operations and report status to leadership.
