Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Management role or equivalent in GTM/solutions/customer-facing roles
• Fluency with complex financial concepts such as cost control, budgeting, forecasts, revenue recognition
• Proven ability to engage with customers and act as a subject matter expert
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance customer empathy with platform thinking
• Data-driven decision-maker who can act with conviction when information is limited

Responsibilities

• Develop deep domain expertise in construction finance, including budgets and contracts across the project lifecycle
• Own and drive strategy and roadmap for Procore Cost Management tools from discovery to delivery
• Partner with UX and engineering to transform complex financial workflows into trustworthy, delightful experiences
• Collaborate across Cost Management and adjacent Procore product areas to ensure data flows across the platform
• Engage with customers including enterprise accounts through discovery, beta programs, and feedback loops
• Translate financial use cases into clear product requirements covering behavior, edge cases, permissions, and dependencies
• Define and track OKRs and metrics demonstrating customer and business value
• Evangelize Cost Management product vision across engineering, GTM, and executives
