Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as Engineering Manager leading high-performing teams.
• 5+ years as Software Engineer building scalable web services.
• Experience managing globally distributed software teams.
• Proficiency with modern web development and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers, guiding growth and performance.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and plan sprints.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain engineering standards.
• Drive operational excellence and on-call responsiveness.
• Collaborate with other engineering managers on cross-team initiatives.
