Job summary

You will manage multiple projects through the full research lifecycle, design studies, supervise fieldwork, analyze results, and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Manage multiple projects across development stages and deliver on timelines.
• Lead the quantitative and qualitative research lifecycle, including study design, questionnaires, field, tab, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with analysts and project managers.
• Maintain quality control across survey programming logic, data tables, and reports.
• Analyze data and craft data-backed stories; present results to clients convincingly.
• Provide excellent client service and ensure client satisfaction on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple research projects from concept through final deliverable.
• Design studies, questionnaires, and discussion guides; supervise fieldwork.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze results and translate into compelling client-ready insights.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and management.
