Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Small Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Houston team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts with premiums from $5,000 to $50,000, focusing on renewals, client service, and accurate account management.

This hybrid role offers onsite Monday through Thursday with remote Fridays after training; training period on site for up to 90 days. Proficiency in Applied EPIC and knowledge of online rating and direct billing with carriers

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.
• Onsite training period up to 90 days with Friday remote option after training.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and provide daily client service for a variety of commercial lines accounts.
• Independently handle a book of business, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
• Perform online rating and understand direct billing processes with various carriers.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
