The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Small Commercial Lines Account Manager in Houston to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on renewals and premier client service. Hybrid work schedule with Fridays remote after training.

Role requires 3+ years in commercial lines, active P&C license, and familiarity with online rating systems and direct billing with multiple carriers. Proficiency with Applied EPIC is preferred and may be required during the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Strong knowledge of online rating systems and direct billing processes with various carriers.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and provide daily client service for a variety of commercial lines accounts.
• Independently handle a book of business, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
• Perform online rating and understand direct billing processes with various carriers.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
