Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a strong emphasis on client service and tailored solutions. This hybrid role requires 4 days in-office with 1 day remote, based in Plano, TX.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of commercial lines experience, a P&C license, and familiarity with Applied Epic to deliver proactive risk management and renewal strategies for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years managing commercial lines accounts from start to finish.
• Software: Experience with Applied Epic is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Professional demeanor and communication, accountability, collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Assist clients in developing tailored insurance programs, including endorsements, audits, and renewals.
• Provide proactive insights on coverages, compliance updates, and risk management strategies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing and policy options.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage claims processes and address client inquiries promptly.
• Review and analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand client coverage portfolios.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve client needs.
