Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager in Dallas to support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with servicing mid-to-large commercial accounts in a hybrid work model. You will process policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, and ensure accurate client documentation while collaborating with carriers to resolve discrepancies and contribute to client retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role handling mid-to-large market accounts.
• P&C license required.
• Experience with Epic agency management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts.
• Process, maintain, and verify policy endorsements for accuracy.
• Review issued policies and collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies or obtain corrections.
• Accurately and efficiently process Certificates of Insurance.
• Enter and maintain policy and coverage information in the agency management system.
• Assist with resolving carrier billing issues.
• Retrieve and process policies and endorsements from carrier websites.
• Maintain organized and accurate client and policy documentation.
• Assist with daily departmental administrative needs, including mail distribution.
• Contribute to client retention and agency growth by providing responsive service and collaborating across the organization.
