The compensation package ranges from $96,800 to $145,200 per year, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with New Relic or similar APM tools.
• 5+ years strong understanding of SRE practices (SLI/SLO, alerting, incident management).
• 5+ years of experience supporting production workloads (application + infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage observability using New Relic.
• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs and alerting strategies.
• Drive incident response and root-cause analysis.
