Job summary

Capgemini's Sogeti division in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to implement observability across a hybrid application and data landscape, improving reliability, scalability and MTTR. You will instrument telemetry, design dashboards, and collaborate with support teams to streamline incident management.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD and ITSM integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing observability across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.
• Ability to design dashboards and alerts aligned to SLAs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement telemetry for applications and data systems across on‑prem and cloud.
• Design dashboards and monitoring tools aligned to SLAs and SLOs.
• Collaborate with support teams to streamline incident management.
• Analyze data to identify anomalies and root causes.
• Provide proactive monitoring with AIOps-based insights.
• Document runbooks and client knowledge transfer.
