Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Plano, Texas seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate scalable, fault-tolerant systems. The role emphasizes incident management, automation pipelines, IaC and strong collaboration with development and support teams.

You will work with Linux/Unix, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker and Kubernetes, and use Grafana/Prometheus for monitoring to ensure performance, reliability, and capacity planning. This is an on-site role in Plano.

Qualifications

Strong experience in SRE / Production Support in a DevOps environment.
Hands-on with Linux/Unix systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring tools Grafana and Prometheus.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Programming/scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Responsibilities

Design and maintain highly available, scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
Participate in incident management, RCA and postmortems.
Automate operational tasks using scripting and tools (Python, Bash).
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to improve reliability.
Drive adoption of SRE practices like SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.
Ensure performance optimization, capacity planning and system stability.
Build and maintain automation pipelines and infrastructure as code.
