Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for Memphis, TN, with strong CI/CD, Kubernetes, and monitoring expertise. This role involves building reliable, scalable infra, defining SLIs, and guiding development teams on reliability practices.

You will work with UI, APIs, and microservices while participating in on-call rotations and tooling improvements. The role may include remote/hybrid options per client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years troubleshooting with APM tools like Datadog/Dynatrace.
• 4+ years Unix/Linux shell scripting; experience with Couchbase.
• 3+ years with static code analysis tools such as Checkmarx/SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization (GitLab preferred).
• Monitor production and non-production systems; use Datadog and similar tools for problem solving.
• Maintain containerized applications with Docker or similar technologies.
• Scale applications and infrastructure with product/dev teams for performance and high availability.
• Collaborate on defining SLIs that represent service health.
• Develop systems that increase site reliability and performance; build SRE competency.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines leveraging SLIs and automate quality gates for production.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
