Job summary

ADP is hiring a detailed-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support SIMPLE IRA clients. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days per week with two days remote work, enabling efficient handling of routine client requests and product questions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, a high school diploma, and active Series 6/7/63 licenses. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for client interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• High School diploma required.
• Series 6, 7 or 63 current and active.
• Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in handling routine client requests for ADP clients
• Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions
• Answer non-technical questions regarding ADP products
• Provide consultation and help answer non-technical questions supporting less-experienced specialists on the team
• Learn and navigate ADP systems to respond to issues
