Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with advisors and clients to deliver optimal service and retention.
• Explain plan design, assist with plan changes, and coordinate education workshops.
• Communicate compliance testing results and monitor plan documents for rules.
• Support year-end requirements and distribution compliance as needed.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless transitions and proactive follow-ups.
