Job summary

ADP is seeking an Advisor Service Representative I to support advisor-centric client inquiries and retirement plan services in a hybrid role. The position emphasizes day-to-day record-keeping, effective communication, and problem solving to drive retention and growth across advisor and client channels.

The role requires a high school diploma with at least 1 year in client service; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and experience with ADP payroll/401(k) is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a client service environment.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ADP payroll and/or 401(k) experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for retirement plans with emphasis on advisor services and day-to-day record-keeping inquiries.
• Proactively discuss products and services, plan design, and assist with plan changes.
• Schedule education programs and CGT trainings for advisors and plan sponsors.
• Communicate compliance testing results and monitor plan documents for regulatory adherence.
• Assist clients with year-end requirements and audit package preparation.
• Initiate proactive client contacts to improve retention and loyalty and coordinate with internal partners.
