Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client service environment.
• Experience with retirement plans or payroll/401(k) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retirement plans with emphasis on advisor services.
• Communicate service delivery and assist on day-to-day retirement plan administration.
• Troubleshoot plan issues and discuss legislative impact with advisors and clients.
• Educate and support advisors on plan design, changes, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
