Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot high-speed SerDes and SI issues.
• Analyze test, validation, and manufacturing data to identify root causes.
• Conduct investigations in Failure Analysis and SI labs.
• Recommend corrective actions to resolve hardware and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, test, and manufacturing teams to improve product performance.
• Support manufacturing operations through data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Perform measurements and validate results using standard SI methodologies.
• Engage with global teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed for training and factory support.
