Qualifications

• Hands-on SerDes knowledge and channel analysis skills.
• Experience reviewing test data, diagnosing issues and identifying root causes.
• Proficiency with SI simulation tools.
• Knowledge of high-speed PCB design and system-level hardware architectures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct signal integrity analysis for high-speed interfaces including SerDes channels and interconnects.
• Review and analyze test data to identify performance issues and validate system compliance.
• Perform channel analysis and root cause investigations for SI concerns.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions for hardware and performance issues.
• Collaborate with design, validation and manufacturing teams across the product lifecycle.
• Support factory teams during bring-up, testing and production activities.
• Communicate technical findings to cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
