Piper Companies seeks a Remote Signal Integrity Engineer to join a cutting-edge organization in high-speed connectivity and electronics. You will develop, test, and optimize interconnect solutions supporting AI infrastructure, data centers, and networks, working closely with customers and engineering teams from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in signal integrity or related electrical engineering disciplines.
• Hands‑on experience with test equipment such as VNAs, TDRs, pattern generators, and error detection tools.
• Proficiency with HFSS, CST, ADS, HSPICE, MATLAB or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, PCB design principles, and time‑domain/frequency‑domain characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of high-speed interconnect and connectivity solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform signal integrity modeling, simulation, validation, and troubleshooting for advanced connector and cable systems.
• Develop testing methodologies and verification processes for new product introductions and manufacturing support.
• Design and evaluate printed circuit boards and test fixtures used for electrical characterization and product validation.
• Partner with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering groups to deliver solutions for complex high-speed transmission challenges.
