Job summary

OLLY is seeking a Project Manager for a 7-month, 40-hour weekly engagement in San Francisco with hybrid work options. The role drives commercialization of new products and optimization of the current portfolio, reporting to the Project Management Director.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing and Sales, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to spec, while meeting cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or new product innovation at a CPG company.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and best-practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in development and commercialization of products, delivering on-time and on-budget.
• Create integrated project plans across Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing and Sales.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support launches.
• Lead stage gate presentations with Leadership Team for go-forward decisions.
• Manage scope, budget, communications, and transitions with Operations.
• Interface with internal and external partners to mitigate project risks.
• Oversee BOM setup with master data manager.
