About the Role We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. In this role, you’ll tackle a mix of projects across sales, recruiting, and product — building processes where they don’t exist, fixing the ones that do, and stepping in wherever there’s a gap. Some days you might be planning a company offsite or booking travel, other days you’re setting up a recruiting pipeline or keeping a product launch on track. This role offers broad visibility into startup life and the opportunity to grow into a dedicated operations function within 18 months. No task is too big or too small — if it needs doing, you’ll find a way to make it happen. What You’ll Do

• Communicates with polish and professionalism
• Is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in a hybrid environment

• Experience planning events, managing internal projects, or supporting finance/admin tasks
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
