Job summary

Ingenio in San Francisco is seeking a Temp Product Manager to collaborate with engineering, UX design, marketing and customer support in ideation, development, QA, release and iteration of products for the Global Media Team. This role requires presence in our SF office 3x/week and a minimum 6-month engagement.

You will apply consumer-focused product management across web and mobile, with strong analytical thinking and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management for consumer facing products on web and mobile
• Highly analytical, creative, good with numbers, results-driven
• Excellent eye for end-to-end product experience

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable and vendor setup processes
• Own accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliation and customer communications
• Manage prepayments/accruals schedules and related journal entries
• Support end of month close, reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries
• Administer credit card program and payments
• Prepare, issue and file 1099s and assist with invoice management
