Job summary

Dayspring Technologies, Inc. is seeking a New Product Manager in San Francisco to own the development of new software products and drive market success. You will split time between internal product development (75%) and contributing to a client-facing engineering team (25%).

The role requires 7+ years in product management and development, with leadership experience, and a proven ability to bring concepts to initial revenue. Expect a hybrid schedule with in-office days and remote options.

Qualifications

• High internal motivation; self-starter and goal-driven.
• Experience bringing one or more products/services from concept to initial revenue from customers.
• 7+ years in product management and development roles, with at least 2 years in lead responsibilities.
• Proven project management with successful implementations.
• Service ethic to use products to serve people.
• Empathy for customers and clients; proactive, precise, and resourceful.
• Polished written and verbal communication; capable of conveying complex details clearly.
• Valuing in-person collaboration in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, validate business models, prototype, and build an internal startup within Dayspring.
• Aim for $250K ARR within 2 years and $1M ARR within 3–5 years.
• Collaborate with product managers, brand, engineering, and operations staff as the product matures.
• Contribute to one of Dayspring’s two Engineering teams as Senior/Staff Software engineer for client work.
• Develop and shepherd new products that diversify Dayspring’s portfolio.
