Job summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a ServiceNow Quality Analyst to support QA across workflows, integrations, and releases. Work will occur at the client facility or remote locations within Eastern Time core hours and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The role focuses on testing strategies, evidence collection, and defect management to ensure release readiness and production validation. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/QA with 4+ years of testing experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and enterprise validation.
• Experience testing federal systems, accessibility, or security-sensitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, regression tests, integration tests, UAT support materials, and release validation checklists.
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, integrations, reports, roles, permissions, notifications, and data behavior.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots, evidence, and severity recommendations.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, admins, product owners, and users to resolve defects and confirm acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and release decisions.
