Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years as business/systems/process analyst.
• 2+ years supporting ServiceNow or ITSM/workflow delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and requirements validation.
• Analyze current-state processes and propose improvements using ServiceNow.
• Support UAT planning, test case reviews, and release readiness.
• Maintain traceability from needs to delivered outcomes.
