Job summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support KABS and federal clients in Washington, DC. Hybrid work with 1 day onsite; ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.

The role involves designing, configuring, scripting, integrating, and sustaining ServiceNow applications to improve service delivery, automation, and user experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of software development or enterprise workflow experience.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development or admin experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, script, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop integrations with identity, monitoring, data, and enterprise systems.
• Translate requirements into maintainable configurations and designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Document decisions, integration details, and deployment steps.
