Job summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, requiring one day onsite and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The successful candidate will design, configure, script, integrate, and sustain ServiceNow applications and workflows, delivering platform capabilities that improve service delivery, automation, user experience, reporting, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software development or enterprise workflow/ platform implementation.
• At least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development or administration.
• ServiceNow certification (ACD or CSA) preferred.
• Experience with federal ITSM/CSM/ITOM implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, script, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, catalog items, flows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Support platform modernization using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, Workspace, App Engine, and low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Develop integrations with identity, monitoring, collaboration, data, and enterprise workflow systems via APIs and secure patterns.
• Translate requirements into maintainable platform configurations and technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, defect resolution, release planning, and production support.
• Document configuration decisions, integration details, deployment steps, and operating procedures.
