Responsibilities include administering users, groups, roles, catalog content, dashboards, and core platform settings; supporting product owners with configuration updates and release readiness; monitoring platform health,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years administering enterprise workflow/ITSM platforms.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with ITIL practices, federal service management environments, or ServiceNow product operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer users, groups, roles, permissions, catalog content, queues, forms, dashboards, notifications, and core platform settings.
• Support product owners and delivery teams with configuration updates, backlog refinement, release readiness, and user enablement.
• Monitor platform health, licensing, usage, data quality, scheduled jobs, integrations, and operational issues.
• Support change, release, and configuration management activities for ServiceNow products and modules.
• Maintain platform documentation, administrative procedures, knowledge articles, and support playbooks.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve platform outcomes.
