GDIT is seeking an experienced Solutions Manager to lead ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM deployments for a DHS IT customer. The role includes gathering requirements, guiding a team of developers and testers, and delivering solutions in an Agile environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with executives are essential. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM experience, ITIL foundations, and the ability to drive an implementation roadmap across IT operations and security.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience with supervisory responsibility.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Technical Certification.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, NIST, and ATO integrated requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM Deployment for the customer.
• Manage Developers and their tasks to ensure tasks are achieved on schedule and on budget.
• Lead maturing ITSM processes across the organization.
• Integrate Change, Service Asset & Configuration, and Release Management to achieve defined outcomes.
• Ensure successful execution of customer services and outcomes.
