The role requires leading ITSM development efforts and collaborating across groups to deploy updates and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of related experience, strong JavaScript skills, and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and platform services. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript and portal development using HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Jelly/XML.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage/Support ITSM Development Team.
• Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform.
• Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate, resolve challenges, etc.
