Job summary

Empower AI seeks an Integration Developer to design and build integrations connecting the ITSM platform with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, MECM/SCCM, and Power BI dashboards. You will ensure secure, compliant integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripted interfaces for Government acceptance.

This salaried, exempt role is based hybrid in Quantico, VA with remote work eligibility and up to 10% travel. Prior DoD/agency experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional years may substitute.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance to start.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline cert required.
• Top Secret eligibility may be needed later.
• Min 10 years in software development.
• 5+ years on ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting, CMDB, and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ITSM integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop/test/maintain integrations via IntegrationHub and APIs.
• Engineers integrations for Tier 0 self-service and dashboards.
• Monitor health, root-cause failures, document data lineage.
• Design/maintain custom apps and workflows on ITSM platform.
• Implement enterprise ticket lifecycle workflows across incidents.
• Develop and maintain a Service Catalog with automated workflows.
• Lead sprint planning, QA, and stakeholder acceptance.
