Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience is preferred (teller or otherwise).
• Ability to communicate information clearly and build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously perform duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller, in a branch where a hybrid role is authorized.
• Process loan applications and close loans for various lending units.
• Make referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers by phone and in person to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Handle deposits, cash checks, and record monetary instruments.
• Process foreign currency purchases and sales; manage loan payments and credit card cash advances.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and support quarterly sales goals.
