Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4+ years in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service field.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for work experience.
• HVAC technician experience preferred.
• Experience with Astea or service-tracking software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians.
• Coordinate job startups and communicate scheduling updates to customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist in local AP/AR tasks.
• Coordinate warranty administration and parts shipments.
