Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of work experience utilizing analytical skills and 4–6 years of accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and import daily drafting ACH files for revenue collection.
• Monitor and update Finance Holds by region to prevent drafting issues.
• Investigate and resolve all vehicles appearing on the Drafting Exception report.
• Administer retailer banking information in Oracle, ensuring accurate floorplan data.
• Prepare daily drafting of L/C billing documents and monitor credit lines.
• Coordinate with audit teams during quarterly/annual audits.
• Oversee Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
