Subaru of America, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager I to oversee day-to-day IT operations in a hybrid role at our Camden, NJ site. You will lead a small IT team, manage budgets, and drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will partner with senior IT leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage projects, and ensure governance and security compliance across infrastructure and applications. This role offers growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8-10 years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience leading small teams of IT professionals.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong budgeting, planning and vendor-management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate functional IT strategy in collaboration with business partners.
• Lead end-to-end technology projects from design to deployment and support.
• Oversee budgeting and resource planning for IT initiatives.
• Coach and develop a small IT team and manage performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and vendors.
