Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Parts Availability Specialist in Camden, NJ, a hybrid role with remote work 2 days per week after 90 days. You will provide first-line support to retailers, researching part status, ordering, availability, and policy/goodwill considerations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a HS diploma and 4–6 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with STIS/EPC catalogs; the base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year,

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 4–6 years experience in a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of parts policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated part availability information to retailers.
• Triaging and resolving retailer requests for parts and recalls.
• Evaluate and resolve rental authorizations via email and SOA system.
• Respond to retailer inquiries on defective/mis-packaged parts.
• Use EPC/Snap-On and STIS to specify correct parts.
