Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the monthly close, prepare quarterly reports to Subaru Corporation, and manage GAAP/IFRS reporting for audits. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership of a high-performing team.

You will lead budgeting, coordination with stakeholders, prepare standalone financial statements, and support external audits in a hybrid work setting with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, accounting or finance discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience desired.
• Experience with GAAP and IFRS considered a plus.
• Experience with external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of J-SOX compliance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close governance and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead the close process across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Prepare and review financial reports, rollforwards, and analyses.
• Coordinate quarterly reporting package submission to Subaru Corporation (SBR).
• Manage G&A and capital expense budgeting and forecasting.
