Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ is seeking a senior Sales leader to own the MySubaru program strategy and execution. You will drive adoption, subscription growth, and revenue by guiding field teams, partnering with leadership, and ensuring program ROI.

You will travel with DSMs to retailers, present program value, and influence retailer decisions while coordinating with Cross-Functional teams to align incentives and market trends. Hybrid work and travel up to 50% are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales, field operations, incentive programs, or automotive retail.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and trends.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end implementation of MySubaru programs for the Sales Department and manages revenue planning and performance tracking.
• Serves as the primary MySubaru SME for the field and travels to retailers for program adoption discussions.
• Partners with Field Operations and other teams to translate incentive strategy into actionable selling approaches.
• Develops reporting tools and dashboards to monitor retailer performance and coach field teams.
