Job summary

Subaru of America in Camden, NJ is seeking a finance-focused analyst to support incentive offerings through SMF. The role involves financial modeling for Low Rate, Lease, and Loyalty programs, program communications, and rollout of national and zone programs via Subarunet.

You will audit subvention bill data, produce cost analyses, and develop dashboards for executive management while collaborating with IT and external partners. The position is hybrid, based in Camden with remote days.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with outside partners and IT professionals.
• Ability to interpret reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and audits subvention charges using available software tools, reconciling data, resolving disputes, and approving exception requests.
• Develops, produces, and distributes cost analysis for SMF and retailer finance programs.
• Creates and maintains reports and dashboards; tracks KPIs for SMF and ALG data for executive reporting.
• Reviews marketing communications of programs to ensure disclosure compliance.
• Maintains web information related to incentives.
• Supports complex Residual Value Reserve models reflecting industry and vehicle-level trends.
• Responds to ad hoc report requests and performs database troubleshooting; seeks automation opportunities.
