Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Traffic Senior Project Manager to lead the Denver Transportation Team. You will grow our local presence by responding to RFPs, managing projects, and guiding teams through client engagements and DOT standards.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in traffic engineering, a CO-licensed PE, a BS in Civil Engineering, and proven leadership in delivering plans and analyses for public agencies. CDOT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of diverse and progressive traffic engineering experience.
• Experience with public agencies and municipalities; CDOT experience preferred.
• Senior manager with building, leading, and developing teams.
• Progressive experience developing plans, analyses, and DOT-compliant reports.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Denver Transportation Team through marketing and responding to RFPs.
• Lead teams to manage project scopes and budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders including the DOT.
• Represent Benesch at industry events and promote client relations.
