Alfred Benesch & Company in Denver seeks a Traffic Senior Project Manager to support the growth of our Civil Transportation Traffic team. You will lead projects, manage scopes and budgets, and coordinate with clients and agencies.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of traffic engineering, a CO PE license, a BS in Civil Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and DOT standards knowledge. This hybrid role offers collaboration across disciplines and opportunities to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in traffic engineering.
• Licensed PE in Colorado.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with public agencies and CDOT preferred.
• Senior management experience building and leading teams.
• Experience developing plans, analyses and reports per DOT standards.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Knowledge of project software: Synchro, HCS, SIM Traffic, SIDRA, VISSM.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Denver Transportation Team through marketing and responding to RFPs with winning proposals.
• Lead teams to manage project scopes and budgets.
• Manage project analyses and deliverables per DOT standards.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies and project stakeholders including the DOT.
• Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events.
