Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks Senior Project Managers to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber deployments, wireless builds, and large-scale network upgrades. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a proven track record, strong client communication, and ability to manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom or utility construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, Telecomm, Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of telecom methods, permitting, and codes (NESC/NEC).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
• Experience with contract negotiation and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety-first culture on telecom sites.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects (fiber, wireless towers).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications.
• Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Implement Project Quality Plan and ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Maintain cost tracking, reporting, and project documentation.
