Mirakl is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support its global client base from Boston. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, focusing on delivering exceptional technical support for Mirakl’s marketplace platform.

You will work with APIs, SMTP, SQL, and a range of tools to ensure seamless operation while collaborating with global teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS or similar technical environment.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, APIs, SMTP, and SaaS solutions.
• Analytical excellence in diagnosing complex technical challenges with rigour.
• Autonomy and agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Master Mirakl’s platform and become the go-to expert for clients.
• Own client relationships and communicate clearly on inquiries.
• Drive continuous process improvements and AI-based tooling.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using logs, APIs, and SQL.
• Monitor real-time dashboards and improve monitoring/alerting systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer success teams.
