Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to scale our recruiting efforts in Costa Mesa. You will own full-cycle recruitment, craft strategic hiring plans with senior leaders, and manage a high-volume interview process to convert interviews to offers.

You'll prospect passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings, map talent markets, and drive diverse hiring programs while upholding the Anduril employer brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, production, or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Onsite/hybrid work at Costa Mesa office.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting and talent mapping.
• Define hiring needs with Mission Readiness leaders and report on progress.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring managers.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, booleans, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategies.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Represent the brand and recruiting team internally and externally at a high level.
• Collaborate with internal resources and cross-functional partners to sell Anduril's value proposition.
