New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Technical Analyst to lead analysis, design, and documentation of illustrations output and related specifications.

You will partner with business and technology to translate high-level requests into development-ready solutions, contributing across UI, business rules, and integrations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, life insurance expertise, and experience with Agile delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in technical, systems, or business analysis roles.
• Knowledge of actuarial or financial mathematics to understand life insurance concept calculations.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, riders, illustrations, and related business processes.
• Ability to translate complex or ambiguous needs into clear, implementable specifications.

Mansioni

• Author and maintain NYLIS output specifications for life products, riders, concepts, calculations, disclosures, and related materials.
• Define how changes should appear and behave across products, scenarios, and related concepts.
• Create concept and calculator specifications translating business intent into functional requirements.
• Provide guidance to developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders on intended behavior and rules.
• Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional design discussions.
