Job summary

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain the backlog, and collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and smooth data flows. Responsibilities

• Translate Product Manager priorities into use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document processes with end-user and SME input; align with downstream data needs.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog; support planning and vendor activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, track delivery progress, and support production readiness.
• Support feature adoption, release communications, training, and issue escalation.
